Hey everyone — I’m building Clausera, a lightweight tool that helps you review vendor SaaS contracts/MSAs before you sign.​ What it does today (SaaS MSAs): You upload a contract/MSA Clausera outputs a simple report: risk score, key red flags (fees/non‑refundables, liability caps/exclusions, termination terms, unilateral changes, etc.) + negotiation suggestions you can use on the vendor.​ Why I built it: Founders/ops/procurement teams often sign these contracts quickly and only discover bad terms later (auto‑renewals, pricing hikes, liability limits, data/privacy surprises).
